Designed and built a personal finance app with Claude that consolidates transactions and receipts, reducing monthly bookkeeping from four hours to 30 minutes.

Used customer research and product strategy for STAT to show that its enterprise SEO platform needed higher-impact features—not a costly full redesign.

Built the evidence-based case and phased roadmap to modernize STAT’s enterprise SEO platform, targeting churn, conversion, and customer satisfaction.

Created and led a repeatable design-sprint process for STAT’s enterprise SEO platform, allowing the team to modernize and release it incrementally.
ePACT's New CICO Flow
Redesigned ePACT’s batch check-in/out workflow for recreation programs, cutting a 30-child task from as many as 300 interactions to six.
Keyword Ins/Outs
Designed a keyword-movement report for STAT’s enterprise SEO platform that reduced related support work from 9.3 hours to 30 minutes per week.
The Tags Summary Tab
Designed a consolidated dashboard for STAT’s enterprise SEO platform that helped users compare data faster and was associated with 41% lower churn among frequent users.
Accessible Bar Charts
Created an accessible bar-chart pattern for Moz Pro that meets WCAG AA without relying on colour alone.
Arbutus Capital
Redesigned and rebuilt Arbutus Capital’s equipment-leasing website and SEO strategy, increasing annual enquiries from three to 72.

Over 16 years of experience accelerating UX departments and maturity while delivering data-driven products to your business and users.
I've always been interested in finding better ways to work, and AI has become a meaningful part of that. I use it to get from 0 to 1 quickly, explore and adjust ideas with less development effort, and spend more time applying judgment and taste to the problems that matter.
My career has taken me through console games, mobile games, research platforms, SEO tools, emergency response software, and more. Every industry works differently, so I've learned to adapt the design process to the product, the people, and the constraints instead of arriving with a rigid formula.
The same applies to leadership. I want designers to become confident, self-sufficient partners who help shape projects from the beginning—not a team that waits downstream for requests.
