Over 16 years of experience accelerating UX departments and maturity while delivering data-driven products to your business and users.
I've been the manager who does IC work and the IC who thinks like a manager. At Moz I ran the setup and research for a full product redesign, led the design, then handed it off cleanly and moved to STAT. At ePACT I took a check-in flow from 300 interactions down to 6.
Before all of that: Electronic Arts, A Thinking Ape, Alida and my own freelance studio, Nobex Designs. Console games, mobile games, research platforms, SEO tools and emergency response software. Different industries, the same job underneath.
The through line is making dense, complicated products feel obvious, and leaving the team better than I found it.
